Materials: Crafted using a mix of premium-grade New Zealand wool and acrylic yarn for tufting, cotton edging and nonslip backing
Manufacturing Technique: Hand Tufted, hand finished edging
Made to order: Each rug is made to order, ensuring no waste is produced.
Pile Height: Features a plush pile height up to 40mm, providing optimal comfort and aesthetic appeal.
Color: Uses high-quality hand dyes that resist fading, maintaining vibrant colors over time (assuming you don't leave them in direct sunlight!). Note, there might be some slight color variation to images due to these dyes being processed by hand.
Edge Finishing: Edges are reinforced with a hand-sewn cotton binding that enhances durability and adds a polished look.
Backing Material: Equipped with a sturdy, non-slip backing that adds safety and extends the life of the rug.

Please allow standard shipping times after dispatch, which are 7-15 days for the Americas, and 7-20 days for other countries.

By focusing on made-to-order production, we ensure that every piece is crafted with precision, taking about 60 hours of work, and aligns with our eco-friendly values.
Please allow up to 30 days from purchase for dispatch as we create a rug that’s uniquely yours.

We advise professional cleaning for all our rugs.
Vacuum regularly - we do not recommend using rotating or brush head vacuum cleaners on any of our rugs, or vacuum cleaners with a very strong suction.
Clean spills immediately. Never rub a spill, instead blot any liquids with a dry absorbent white cloth or white paper towel.
Our rugs are dry-clean only. Our rugs are not machine-washable.
Direct sunlight will cause fading - avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

Rugs can be returned within 3 days of receipt. We do not cover the cost to package or ship your return.
In order to qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be in unused condition.
Once your return has been received and authorized, we will reimburse you within 7 days to the original payment method.
BOLO.HAUS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the standards outlined above.
