Do you offer free shipping? How do I get it?

We offer free standard international shipping on all orders. This offer is valid for everything (yes, literally order anything on the store and just press the free shipping button at checkout. We ship to most countries worldwide. 

 

How soon will my order ship?

As all rugs are made to order, it takes up to 30 days for your rug to be crafted and then dispatched, there are a variety of factors that may influence this timeline, however we've found that generally <30 days is how long this takes - most of our rugs are at least 60 hours of work to produce - so you can hopefully understand this timeline! If there are any delays greater than 30 days, we will notify you via email.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We generally use DHL or FEDEX for shipping. The choice of carrier can vary and may change depending on the destination and the type of product you order.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times (post order fulfilment) vary based on the destination:

Standard International: ~7-20 days
Please note that these are just estimates based on our experience and actual delivery times might vary and don't include the time for the order to be made.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Our standard international shipping option is free on all orders anywhere around the globe.

 

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the order. We will be happy to assist in resolving the issue.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We cannot change addresses if the package has already been sent.

 

Do you offer express shipping?

Unfortunately we don't at the moment.

 

What happens if I'm not home to receive my package?

The delivery procedure largely depends on the carrier. Some carriers might leave the package at your door, while others may leave a note and attempt to deliver again or ask you to pick it up from a local depot.

 

Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?

If you've placed multiple orders within a short time frame, please contact our customer service immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee combined shipping.
