Do you offer free shipping? How do I get it?

We offer free standard international shipping on orders. This offer is valid for everything (yes, literally order anything on the store and it’s free shipping!). We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note: our free shipping does not include a tracking number as a way to keep it free for you!

 

How soon will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 day, however during busy periods, this may go up to 3 days (however 99% of orders are fulfilled in 1 day or less). If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We generally use DHL or FEDEX for shipping. The choice of carrier can vary and may change depending on the destination and the type of product you order.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on the destination:

Standard International: 7-20 days
Express International: 5-12 days.

Please note that these are just estimates based on our experience and actual delivery times might vary.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Our standard international shipping option is free for all orders to anywhere on the globe and we offer express international shipping for a flat fixed rate of $20.

 

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the order. We will be happy to assist in resolving the issue.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes to the address once the order has been processed.

 

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we do. You can choose an expedited shipping option at checkout for an additional $20. The estimated delivery time for expedited shipping is 5-12 days.

 

What happens if I'm not home to receive my package?

The delivery procedure largely depends on the carrier. Some carriers might leave the package at your door, while others may leave a note and attempt to deliver again or ask you to pick it up from a local depot.

 

Can I combine shipping for multiple orders?

If you've placed multiple orders within a short time frame, please contact our customer service immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee combined shipping. Generally unless they are ordered on the same day, this is not possible, as we will have already fulfilled your first order by the time you place your next one!
