Rugs can be returned within 3 days of receipt. We do not cover the cost to package or ship your return.

In order to qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be in unused condition.

Once your return has been received and authorized, we will reimburse you within 7 days to the original payment method.

BOLO.HAUS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the standards outlined above. 

Custom, Discounted, or Sale Items are not eligible for return.
